If so, I invite you to see me for three free sessions. We will focus on ways to reduce anxiety, stay calmer, feel less irritable, sleep better and deal with your feelings.
We know from previous incidents like this one that people sometimes feels the emotional impact weeks or months after the event.

We know emotional healing is a long-term process, and it begins with your phone call.
I attended the vigil at the Dr. Phillips Center four days later, and experienced first-hand the outpouring of love and support from the Orlando community. These are some of my photos from the vigil and the "1 Pulse" t-shirt I bought that evening. I was also able to be a small part of the Red Cross Mental Health support team in the following weeks.
